Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Dowe of Logan Township are
pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, K’yera L. Dowe to
Hakim J.S. Chandler of Deptford.
K’yera is a 2002 graduate of Kingsway Regional High
School, 2006 graduate of Salisbury University and January 2010 graduate of
Wilmington University with her Masters. She is currently employed in the
Gloucester County Sheriff Department.
Hakim is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nathanial Chandler
of Deptford and Ms. Denise Chandler of Woodbury.
He is a 1995 graduate of Woodbury High School and
1999 graduate of Bloomfield University and is currently employed at the
Veteran Middle School in Camden as an eighth grade English teacher. He is
also a singer with Christian Gospel national recording artist Kevin Jarido
and NuVirtu.
Their wedding is set for September 2010. |
