Hit Me With
Your Best Shot
Keep your cameras handy and your eyes sharp for
that perfect picture because another New Town Press Photo Contest is
beginning.
This will be an
easy one for everyone. We will be accepting any beautiful picture you have
taken into this contest. There are no themes or restrictions – just
beauty.
Only emailed
photographs will be accepted. They must be sent to
editor@newtownpress.com
as a jpg or tiff.
They must also include a statement stating where the photo was taken, the
photographer’s name, address and phone, as well as a statement stating
that this is their original work and has not been retouched.
It is critical to
have a clear focus on your intended subject matter and to send clear,
crisp photographs.
Don’t delay. DEADLINE IS AUGUST 20, 2010.
Photographs will be display on our website featuring
the February issue. Voting will be held on line.
Prizes will be awarded for first place ($50), second
($25), and third ($15) places. All entries are the property of The New
Town Press and will not be returned.
The winning photographs will be published in the
newspaper as well as on the website at
www.newtownpress.com
